I take a very personal approach to supporting and helping people live their potential by sharing information and strategies in succinct and clear ways so it can all be used easily and immediately. My intention is to make living your potential and the changes needed to do that sensible and even simple. This is done providing a safe and enjoyable learning environment and providing as much guidance and support as possible.

These programs allow you to explore, discover, and learn information and strategies from the convenience of your home using the phone, e-mail and the Internet to participate in an engaging yet convenient learning experience without the hassles of travel, parking, and expensive fees.  Does this work? Yes, and for many people better than the traditional ways of learning or making changes. Programs are offered as teleclasses of single or multiple sessions using a telephone bridgeline where you join people from all over the world to share, discuss, or just listen. One-to-one coaching if desired also supports each program

Become A Well Being: Balancing Mind, Body and Spirit to Live Your Potential and Make Changes

Twice a month for 60 minutes with 30 minutes of teaching and 30 minutes of coaching and discussion. Ten months total with three month segments each on the mind, body, and spirit.

This program uses a holistic process focused on living in balance for health, wealth, success, and for making permanent changes. It includes uniquely designed written materials and strategies such as intentions, affirmations, self-talk and visualization to enhance the experience of change. The program explores and discovers interrelationship of mind, body and spirit in living your potential. Is for you?

We will begin with three months of sessions on the physical aspect of being that includes succinct presentations on nutrition and fitness, with strategies and actions that work. The next three months will cover the mental aspect including discovering how your mind directs your behavior and how you can retrain it to work for what you want using mental skills and changing how you interpret your experience and thus change behavior. That is followed by three months covering the spiritual aspect with guidance on how to connect with your spirit and hear and listen to your personal wisdom. The program ends with a month that brings it all together addressing how to live a life of a well being each day in your work and relationships and in a space of peace and joy.

To get the best results it is recommended that participants complete the full ten month program, however the program does operate with a three month segment each for the body, for the mind, and spirit that can be chosen as a segment if that best fits your needs. Also included in the program are written materials and an additional BONUS call each month with a guest or a specific related topic in depth. Program Structure and Fees

There are two sections available for this program. Please select the one that works best for your schedule. If you cannot make a session one week at your designated time, you may join the other section that week. Each section is limited to 8 people to allow for the best learning and coaching experience.

Evening Section begins on Tuesday, January 13th, with the second session on January 27th (2nd/4th Tuesdays thereafter)

Morning Section begins on Friday, January 9th, with the second session on January 23rd (1st/3rd Fridays thereafter)

Each biweekly session will continue on this schedule for ten months, unless the group decides on a different day and time. This possibility will be discussed in the first session.

FEE: $97 per month to be paid on the first of each month and nonrefundable once the month begins. A 10% discount applies if you register and pay at the beginning for the 10-month program.
